CorkKeep
Delete your account
Last updated 24 September 2026
You can delete your CorkKeep account, and everything in it, at any time. CorkKeep is run by Hallows Group. Deleting is immediate and cannot be undone, so export your cellar first if you want to keep a copy.
In the app
- iPhone and Android: on the Home tab, tap your initial at the top right to open Account, then tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.
- On the web: sign in, open More → Account, choose Delete my account, then confirm.
By email
If you cannot sign in, write to support@corkkeep.app from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We do it within 30 days and confirm by reply.
What is deleted
- Your cellar: every bottle, storage, tag, note, drinking window, rating and tasting note, and your bottle history.
- Your label photos.
- Wines you added yourself.
- Your sign-in, your email address and your name.
- Your place in any cellar someone shared with you, and other people’s access to yours.
- The devices registered for notifications, and your billing profile with our subscription provider.
- Merlot answers you reported, your consent to Merlot, and the count of AI requests we keep to apply the daily limit.
What is kept
- Purchase and payment records held by Apple, Google or Stripe, which they keep under their own policies and the law. We never had your card number.
- Server logs, which record requests without your cellar’s contents and expire on their own.
- Crash reports from the phone app, which carry no name, email or cellar and expire on their own.
- An internal account number with no name or email attached, so that records in a cellar someone else owns still make sense.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription, because only the subscriber can do that. Cancel it first in your App Store or Google Play account, or from the Premium page if you subscribed on the web.
